Upcoming Bird Walks
Meet leader Toby Hardwick to walk the Brawner Farm/Deep Cut area of the Battlefield. We’ll look for blue grosbeaks, indigo buntings, and yellow-breasted chats.
We will be mostly in the woods, where it’s a bit cooler, but we’ll still have some meadow edges and a variety of bird habitats.
Meet leader Dixie Sommers at the Visitor’s Center parking where we’ll start by scanning the bay before we head into the woods and marshland. This is a state park fee area requiring a pass or a $5.00 vehicle fee. Sponsored by ASNV
Melanie LaForce leads this walk with streamside woodland trails. Don’t miss the chance to get out and go birding as we start into Fall! Sponsored by ASNV.
